General Policy

Due to the nature of our offerings—including digital content, energetic work, and experiential services—all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

By purchasing from Finding Fire, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Digital Products & Self-Guided Courses

This includes:

    •    Self-guided online courses

    •    Digital programs

    •    Downloadable content

    •    Journals (digital versions)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Once access is granted or a digital file is delivered, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available.

2. One-on-One Services

This includes:

    •    Intuitive coaching

    •    Spiritual coaching

    •    Energy healing

    •    Akashic Records readings

    •    Private sessions of any kind

Cancellations & Rescheduling

    •    Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

    •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable

    •    No-shows will be charged in full

If proper notice is given, sessions may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

3. Group Programs & Teaching Courses

This includes:

    •    Group coaching containers

    •    Live or hybrid teaching programs

    •    Workshops and multi-session experiences

Due to the energetic and logistical commitment required:

    •    Payments are non-refundable once the program begins

    •    If payment plans are offered, all remaining payments are still due

    •    Missed sessions are the responsibility of the participant

Access to recordings (if provided) does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Physical Products (Journals)

For physical journal purchases:

    •    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

    •    Items must be unused and in original condition

    •    Customer is responsible for return shipping

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

5. Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are:

    •    Non-refundable

    •    Not redeemable for cash

    •    Not replaceable if lost or stolen

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of:

    •    Severe illness

    •    Emergency situations

Supporting documentation may be requested. Approval is not guaranteed.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Finding Fire is a violation of this policy and may result in removal from programs, termination of access, and/or legal action.

8. Acknowledgment

By purchasing any product or service from Finding Fire, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
