  • Sessions are deeply personalized and may include intuitive guidance, energetic work, nervous system support, and practical coaching. Each session unfolds based on what’s most alive and ready to shift.

  • There is no “average” session—each session is guided by the client’s goals, current life circumstances, and what is ready to be addressed in the moment. Sessions often include deep reflection, energetic recalibration, and practical integration, supporting clients in releasing limiting beliefs and expanding beyond where they are in the present moment.

  • Clients work on life transitions, relationships, self-worth, leadership, business energetics, boundaries, and embodiment—often simultaneously—because true transformation is holistic.

  • This is the most intensive work Emily offers. One-on-one coaching is a deep commitment to yourself and your growth, designed for those who are ready to move through patterns, face what’s been avoided, and create meaningful, embodied change.

  • One-on-one coaching is a six-month commitment. Many clients choose to extend their coaching beyond six months as their work deepens and evolves. Extensions are discussed and evaluated together throughout the process.

  • Yes. One-on-one coaching is available by application only. Emily does not work with everyone and is intentional about ensuring the work is aligned. The application and discovery process allows space to explore readiness, intentions, and energetic fit so the container is supportive and effective for both client and coach.

  • No. This is coaching and intuitive work, not psychotherapy. While emotional healing often occurs, the focus is on empowerment, integration, and forward movement.
